- Recommended fruits to eat: apples, tangelos,
kiwi, watermelon, tangerines, cherries, pears, grapefruit, oranges,
mango, cucumber, tomato (these last two are fruit, btw)
- Most of the time it is best to stick with one
kind of fruit per meal. Mixing fruit can cause issues, especially with
cherries and watermelon.
