My general health and fitness philosophy is
that if you want to be strong and healthy all you need to do is make
what mother nature has already given us, namely our own bodies. You

What I Believe
I used to run and lift weights as well as other forms of 'Man Invented"
exercise but no more. When I started training naturally I found that I
could get in amazing shape much quicker simply using my own bodyweight.
This is why I'm such a big believer in bodyweight exercises, yoga and
