Dear Friend,

     My general health and fitness philosophy is that if you want to be strong and healthy all you need to do is make use of what mother nature has already given us, namely our own bodies. You don't need fancy weights, machines or other gimmicks to get in amazing shape. All you need is your own body and bodyweight. This is how the animals train. Think about it. Any animal you can think of is far stronger and healthier than any human being. Doesn't this tell you something? Don't you think it would be wise to follow their example?

What I Believe

I used to run and lift weights as well as other forms of 'Man Invented" exercise but no more. When I started training naturally I found that I could get in amazing shape much quicker simply using my own bodyweight. This is why I'm such a big believer in bodyweight exercises, yoga and isometrics. If you want more information on why I think this is feel free to poke around my site. Of course, nothing beats TRYING it for yourself.
